In this mode, everything can be thought as a service, users can get or cancel the sevices flexiblely depending their demand. Meanwhile, the structure of the cloud-based model has good availability, users can access to the service applications in the cloud by web or other flexible apps to. Contrasted to the traditional way of building IT, cloud computing is a more economical deployment.From the perspective of information technology research on agricultural products supply chain, taking care of the specific of the supply chain of agricultural,such as that the amount of the participation of more geographically dispersed and the economic capacity of poor farmers, low level of knowledge, as well as agricultural production is seasonal, diversity, and many other features of small-scale, based on the discussion of its information technology requirements, and by analyzing the characteristics of cloud computing and scope of application to determine the suitability of cloud computing on agricultural products supply chain. And from analyzing the goals and needs for products supply chain information platform, considering the main characteristics of the participants, defined the organization and the relationship between their respective powers and responsibilities. Then gave the cloud platform and discussed the logical framework of support from the operation of the IT technology. Then discussed the infrastructure layer, application layer, governance of cloud platform. Finally, the application layer's design which is the most important layer of the platform are discussed.
