As a new generation of information technology,cloud computing continues to develop and mature,leading the wave of IT change,promoting the development of digital economy,and is widely used in all walks of life as a new infrastructure.Cloud computing and cloud services derived from cloud computing have also become a hot issue in academic research.At the same time,in recent years,China has continuously encouraged and advocated enterprises to carry out digital transformation,promote enterprises to "go to the cloud",and emphasize the development of enterprises,which cannot be separated from the support of digital technology.Therefore,cloud service providers such as Huawei Cloud,Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud have emerged as the times require to provide cloud computing services that can be purchased on demand and used out of the box,so as to solve the pain points of low funds and high cost of self built IT systems for some cloud enterprises.Based on this new supply and demand relationship,a supply chain structure has been formed in the cloud service environment.There must be differences between this new supply chain and the traditional supply chain in achieving coordination.For example,how cloud enterprises choose cloud services in the cloud process to ensure their own data security will affect the coordination and sustainable development of the supply chain in the cloud service environment.Based on this,this paper establishes a three entity supply chain model consisting of cloud service providers,cloud enterprises and end consumers.From the perspective of cloud service data security,we will study the overall coordination of the supply chain in the cloud service environment and how cloud enterprises configure public and private clouds.It can be seen from the literature that data security is very important for enterprises.In the current research on the supply chain in the cloud service environment,there are few studies that consider data security,and it is basically qualitative analysis.Therefore,in the supply chain model built in this paper,the data security of cloud services is innovatively quantified,parameters are introduced to represent data security,and its relationship with cloud service cost The relationship between market demand and the proportion of public cloud and private cloud configuration is determined to use competition and cooperation game,supply chain coordination contract,etc.to study and solve the problem.First of all,in the case of non cooperative game,each enterprise is based on the setting of rational economic man.When making decisions independently,the enterprise takes its own income as the first reference factor.Then,in the case of cooperative game,when making centralized decisions,we should consider the maximization of the overall benefit,and solve the refining Nash equilibrium and the total profit of the supply chain under the two conditions respectively.Through comparative analysis,we can conclude that the overall profit of the supply chain is higher when both parties choose to cooperate,but it does not reach the Pareto optimal state,so we should adopt the supply chain coordination contract.Then,on the choice of contract model,the cost sharing contract is introduced first.It is found that the contract will damage the interests of cloud service providers,and there is still Pareto improvement.Therefore,the revenue sharing contract model is introduced.Through the derivation of the model formula and a large number of calculation processes,the results show that under the revenue sharing contract,Pareto optimization can be achieved,and the revenue sharing factor fluctuates within a certain range,It can coordinate the supply chain in the cloud service environment.Finally,a numerical example is used to verify the above conclusions.That is,from the perspective of data security,by introducing a contract model and adjusting the proportion of cloud service configuration,supply chain coordination can be achieved,and the configuration relationship between public and private clouds is related to the value of cloud service cost coefficient,cloud service price and revenue sharing factor.
