Research On The Public Platform Of Enterprise Business Simulation System

With the developing of enterprise informatization, responding to the national policy promote industrialization by informationization, some colleges offer the enterprise business simulation courses as compulsory course for management major, software major, and so on. Enterprise business simulation teaching system provides the practice platform for students to study management related theory, and the teaching purpose is to help students understand the management rules through enterprise management simulation experiment, cultivate the ability to solve practical business problems by using management knowledge for students. In order to make the enterprise management simulation experiment teaching more meaningful, enterprise business simulation system must simulate the external business environment more flexible, and evaluate the results of operations, which is used for kowning the application situation of the students, so as to provide guidance for the future teaching.The dissentation analyzes the development situation, advantages and disadvantages of current enterprise business simulation teaching system, analyzes the demand of public platform. It summarizes that there is a great disparity between business environment of the current enterprise business simulation teaching system simulation and real environment, and lack of the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise. According to the analysis of business environment, it analyses and designs the specific function of environment simulation for simulating the business environment. In addition, for the current business simulation teaching system is lack of comprehensive evaluation of results, put the thought of the performance evaluation into the business simulation teaching system. Based on the analysis of index by Balanced Scorecard, it builds the performance evaluation system of simulation enterprise and the comprehensive evaluation models by AHP. Through the evaluation results, it gives the recommendations of teaching and provides the guidance of teaching for future teaching. Finally, with the background of ERP experiment for Harbin University of Science and Technology, the research and development value of the public platform is verified.
