Simulation Research On The Performance Impact Of Component Factors In Platform-type Enterprise Business Model

In recent years,many enterprises have made full use of the Internet,mobile Internet and other information network technologies,and have made great profits by providing users with platforms,even become the leading enterprises in the industry.2019 in the government work report,we pointed out that we should speed up the promotion of "Internet +" in all fields and accelerate the development of new industries.Adhering to inclusive and prudent supervision,while supporting the development of new formats and new models,promoting the healthy growth of platform economy and shared economy,we should also combine traditional industries with platforms,build industrial Internet platforms,and accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Platform economics and platform theory have become more and more popular in economics and management.However,there are only a few studies on platform-based business model.Most of the existing studies on platform-based business model focus on the concept of business model classification,business model components and so on.Business model,as an important strategic tool to create value for enterprises,is related to all aspects of enterprise operation,management and development.Enterprise performance is an important factor to measure the value of enterprises.It can fully express the operation status of enterprises.Only when it is linked with enterprise performance and guided by the performance of enterprises,and under the structure of existing business models,can it continuously improve and optimize the elements of business models of platform enterprises,can it better guide the activities of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes enterprise performance as the output,through studying the influence of the elements of platform business model on enterprise performance,clarifies the profit model of platform business,and perfects and supplements the related theory of platform business model.Firstly,this paper uses the literature analysis method to study the relevant research on business model and its constituent elements by domestic and foreign scholars,and summarizes the basic constituent elements of business model.Then through reading the relevant literature of platform theory,we get the unique characteristics of platformbased enterprises and add their unique value-sharing links to the structure model of business model.Because the strategic thinking of platform is a kind of systematic horizontal thinking rather than closed vertical thinking,it requires us to transform the traditional value chain thinking into value network thinking and value network thinking in the analysis.The theoretical basis is integrated into the elements of the platformbased business model and the structural model.The object of this paper is platformbased enterprises,and most of them are high-tech companies.Therefore,we choose five aspects as performance measurement criteria: operation ability,profitability,technological innovation ability,debt paying ability and growth ability.According to the structure model of the platform business model,the causality diagram is drawn,then the causality diagram is transformed into the system flow diagram,and the system dynamics model is constructed.This paper chooses American Regiment Comment Company(stock code: 3690.HK)as the simulation object,takes the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise performance indicators as the output,and carries out computer simulation through Vensim PLE software.Five variables,active user,input cost,user incentive cost,marketing cost and commission,are adjusted appropriately to observe the change of platform enterprise capability.The results show that for platform enterprises,active users and revenue model are the most important factors affecting performance level in business model.Active users are the center of enterprise value activities,and the cross-network effect produced by a large number of active users is the basis of the operation of platform enterprises.Using existing platforms to activate users,tap new potential profit points,create rich and diverse income patterns,and maximize the economies of scale brought by cross-network effect is the most effective way to realize enterprise profits and improve enterprise performance.
