I. BackgroundDevelopment of market economy, improvement of market environment, which calls for financial behavior of listed companies, should comply with basic ethical norms. Listed company's financial behavior and ethical behavior is based on common interests of institutions, listed companies in the pursuit of interests, social responsibility should take the initiative to participate in social environment, the implementation of ethical behavior, in order to be recognized by society to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. Financial behavior of listed companies for ethical behavior in corporate strategic objectives, market equity and efficiency goals poles driven significant meaning, so the financial decisions of listed companies choose ethical behavior should be considered.
