A Study On Ethics Problems Of Modern Enterprise In China

The thesis first discussed the meaning of business ethics and the importance of the modern enterprise ethics construction in China. Business ethics is the core of the enterprise culture that reflects the core competitiveness of enterprises and promotes sustainable development.It analyzed the influences of establishment of the socialist market economy on modern enterprise ethics in China. The changes of enterprise ethics ideas, the attention on enterprise ethics and the construction of enterprise ethics becomes the center of enterprise operation strategy. The problems in our modern enterprise ethics are analyzed. They are discrimination, tax evasion, bribery, fake and inferior, environmental pollution, unfair competition, aggression upon workers'rights, and so on. To solve these problems, this thesis analyzed the reasons of problems in our modern enterprise ethics from following angles: the premature market economic culture, the absence of legal system, the imperfection of management system in enterprise, lagging of enterprise management system, etc.Finally, the thesis suggested the construction of modern enterprise ethics, our excellent traditional ethical culture, the advanced foreign ideas, the social doctrine legal system, trade unions in enterprise, the scientific enterprise ethic patterns, the ethical education, the enterprise ethical culture, and the concept of sustainable development should be developed and strengthened.It is hoped that the study could offer some references for improving the modern enterprise system and building socialist market economy system, and provide cultural support for the modern enterprise system, such as establishment of clear property rights, well defined power and responsibility, separating the functions of the government and management science.
