Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Ethics Standardization

On the condition of market economy, social responsibility of the enterprises, which isconsidered as the ethics entity is always ignored. Hunting for the benefits not only causes lots ofsocial problems, but also becomes the obstacle of the development of enterprise itself. So we canget a conclusion that both the development of the market economy and the enterprises growthneed the support of enterprise ethics.Enterprise ethics include enterprise technology ethics, enterprise ecological ethics, enterprisebusiness ethics. The ethical vacuum of the social transition period, information asymmetry and theoverlooked in the building constitute the conditions of the enterprise ethics anomie together.Change this situation, the need to strengthen the social supervision mechanism, promote theinstitution building, and improve the quality of the operators.In this thesis, the author has given a brief historical retrospect of the business ethicsdevelopment and its main ideas and characteristics, and then expatiated what business ethics isand how business ethics brings into effect. Afterwards, some regulative mechanism has beenposed as the methods to construct a business ethics norms system, such as giving examples,building up management systems. At last, the author has summarized some behaviors of deviationfrom ethics norms.
