| Changchun MANN+HUMMEL Company is a joint venture between FAWAY that is subordinate auto spare parts of FAW Group and German MANN+HUMMEL, which was founded in May 2003, it mainly produced filters vehicles and construction machinery, a production base of FAW Group, its'product cover middle, heavy, light, micro, car, passenger vehicles. The company was registered in 2002. In May 2003, began to mass production and supplied to customer, after more than 8 years of development, the scale of business and the main customer base is constantly expanding, including China FAW Group, Dongfeng Nissan, CNHTC, Weichai Power and Jianghuai Automobile and considerable size of the domestic automobile production base, while at the same time, Carter biller, Atlas, Daimler and Volvo, etc well-know international company. Products is enlarged from one kind of air cleaner at the beginning to expand the air filter assembly, the corresponding filter products, main fuel filter, pre-fuel filter, main oil filter, pre-oil filter and AOS for construction machinery. In the efforts to develop the domestic market, at the same time, to strengthen their own management, improve product quality and production efficiency in order to sell them to the international market. Now the company's products have been sold to Europe, America and Southeast Asia and other countries.Good opportunity brings a source of development strength to enterprise, it also faces severe challenge. Therefore, the company is just facing a question how to improve their management level to meet the opportunities and challenges. Project management is one part of business management, especially for the company related to automobile manufacturing, which to some extent reflects the company's management level, is one of the important indexes for the core competitiveness of enterprises. At presently, working method of project management were introduced to the daily management in enterprises more and more, the thesis mainly descript how to use project management mode at auto spare part manufacturing enterprise, analyzing the reason that arisen from current management system, it is concerned to Chinese distinguishing feature environment, combine some advanced management theory, actual situation of the enterprises themselves and the product characteristics, provide my proposes to optimize the current work method. In the enterprise management, project management system is a kind of system engineering that need total participants in company, it needs a long-term practice from its introduction, application; improve the adjustment and the work of the help, so the good result can be reflected. This way of working has changed people's traditional ideas, using standard to regulate people's behavior, it can achieve the management effect that is the enterprise cultural feel.This paper was divided into four parts to discuss the project management system at Changchun MANN+HUMMEL Company. The first part is to introduce the application and development of project management system in Changchun MANN+HUMMEL Company, the second part is to analyze what the problem is in current project management system and what reason is, the third part is to take related action to solve it according to these problems. At last, compared project management optimized before and after, we can get conclusion that optimized management system can improve working efficiency, save project cost, to the maximum extent possible to reduce unnecessary personnel, material and a waste of time, and to further improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, make the enterprises operating performance has been increasing steadily.
