This author primarily according to the internship experience of the Continental Automotive (Changchun) Co., Ltd, introducing the concepts of project management and project management features and methods, focusing on the project schedule, project risks and the quality of project of research and analysis, and introducing Continental Automotive (Changchun) Co., Ltd how to undertake the project schedule control, risk management and quality management.
