As industrialization continue to develop and personal income increases, the construction industry on the increase will promote health benefits to the industry of increases in demand. The housing area, housing privatization and the increase in foreign demand, as well as on the domestic market, the rapid expansion of people's aesthetic sense of security doors and the increase in anti-theft security for the production category of industry began to rise. Kunming, for example, is to build a new, large-scale transformation of villages, and which promotes a commercial development in Kunming building materials, and also brings opportunities and challenges. Faced with such an attractive market prospects, industry competitors and potential market entrants have ramped up its efforts during the brutal competition. The MeiYao Door Co., Ltd is facing competitions in the door market to gain an advantage, and how to develop marketing strategies to meet customer's demand and other issues. With external environment factors in the industry and internal competitions together, the competitive advantage determines their status in the industry. To create and maintain a competitive advantage, companies must to have a system analysis on their resources to identify strengths and weaknesses, to make rational competitive strategy and marketing strategy. Therefore, after effective implementation, the company can be won in every step.This paper is mainly about the MeiYao Door Co. Ltd. (in Kunming)'s Marketing Strategy. Firstly, outlined the market situation and development opportunities the MeiYao Door Co. Ltd. currently faced, and pointed out that there is a coming huge door market, and it is necessary to manage the marketing strategies. According to the company's marketing position, the problems and the reasons placed in front, and connected the competition powers in the KunMing door marketing, in the SWOT model, we could find out advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats to define the target market and the product's position. And by using the 4PS theory, the theory basis can be found after analyzing the product's marketing strategy. And the analyzes about the marketing channels'situations and products'position has been also taken. Secondly, the marketing channels system about the MeiYao Door Co. Ltd. has been built, after a detail analysis on product strategy, pricing strategy and channel strategy.Finally, from the increased capital, the advanced technology, the profession workers, and so on, many effective supporting measures about marketing strategy system of the MeiYao Door Co. Ltd have been presented, to successfully promote its business and services.In this paper, by combining theory with practice, a very in-depth analysis and research to the MeiYao Door Co. Ltd's marketing strategy has been taken. At the same time improving my marketing management skills, I'd also hope to give some effective suggestions on the company's development strategy and marketing strategy.
