As a part of the second industry, Manufacturing plays an important role in the national economy. It also seems to be significant for developing the manufacturing greatly and promoting technological progress, and the management model that is compatible with it.Nowadays, there are many concepts, technology and system about manufacture models introduced at home and abroad. Every model has different advantage and disadvantage as well as different applicable scope. We should develop and create them according to the reality instead of copying totally during learning the experience. The purpose of the paper is to shorten the production cycles and increase productivity and deliver goods on schedule. It introduces the development conditions and environment of manufacturing period in China from the production model theory. It also analyzes the present production organization model of China basing on the KCEJ Company and puts forward a selected object, the train of thought and the selected model of establishing production model.In the model, It is thought by the reverse way of thinking, and it is forward derivation from the last part of the production-packaging. According to the company's product structure and order characteristics, it advances two alternative production organization models-----production by container and production by machine. As for production by container, that is a production method of arranging input and output operations of production, According to the result of packaging design. The choice of mode of production organization is determined in the design starting from the design of the source through the layout adjustments. It changes the way of original schedule and production process communication management to realize output by container production and reduce the invalid stay and wait times of self-made parts in the production line. It also can clean up the done parts and pack them timely to reduce the site occupied and better management. And also I can shorten the manufacturing cycle,, achieve customer requirements and delivery on time. As for production by machine, that is produced by BOM of production structure tree, and output by the required time assembly. In fact, production by machine is the original production, just in the arrangements it is integrated part of the methods of production by machine. That can reduce production cycle more than 20% on the original basis and shorten the time occupied site.Hefei Cigarette Factory in ex-situ transformation projects, for example, selects a component of storage cabinet and a vibrating conveyor to simulate the effect of the implementation and evaluation.
