Therefore, aimed at current situation and existing problems of different parts, this paper carries out research from the components of W's manufacturing organization methods, that is to say, resource management, technology researching team, manufacturing system and marketing system; and explores causes for laying the foundation of structuring proper manufacturing organization method of W. Furthermore, based on flexible manufacturing technology, this paper constructs W's flexible resource management methods, flexible technology research team, flexible manufacturing system and flexible marketing system, improves the existed flexible organization methods, and does analysis in order to solve the problems.
