Research On Industrial Security Evaluation And Early-Warning Of Industries Invested In China By Transnational Corporations

In recent years, knowledge economy has developed rapidly, developed countries increase investment to various industries of China one after another through transnational corporations in order to achieve the purposes of obtaining advanced technologies, reducing production cost and enhancing international competitiveness of industries. On one hand, the investment by transnational corporations to China brings a series of positive impacts on industries of China, on the other hand, which can threaten industrial security of the industries invested by transnational corporations in china, even can cause industrial damage phenomenon through some channels, the main channels include:enhancing the control rate of industrial shares, the control rate of market, the control rate of brand and the control rate of technologies, increasing the industrial technology, production and export dependence on transnational corporations, and so on. Taking what measures to enhance industrial security degree of the industries invested by transnational corporations in China are the key parts in maintaining industrial security problems of China in order to reduce the negative impacts on industries of China by transnational corporations. Carrying out reasonable and scientific evaluation and timely warning of industrial security of the industries invested by transnational corporations in China are the effective channels of maintaining industrial security.The paper is composed of five parts. First of all, the paper introduces the research backgrounds, research purposes, research ideas, research methods and so on; secondly, analyze the impacts on industrial security of China by transnational corporations in different perspectives; thirdly, construct industrial security evaluation index system of the industries invested by transnational corporations, use high technology industries as the estimated objects, adopt factor analysis method to estimate industrial security degree of high-tech industries, evaluate industrial security state of high-tech industries, it can be concluded that high-tech industries of China in 2005 are in crisis state, high-tech industries of China in 2006 and 2008 are both in threaten state, high-tech industries of China in 2007 are in basically safe state, as a whole, industrial security states of high-tech industries in recent years are not optimistic; fourthly, construct industrial security warning index system of the industries invested by transnational corporations in China, on the basis of which, adopt catastrophe theory to construct industrial security warning model of the industries invested by transnational corporations in China, and use the relevant data of high technology industries to carry out analysis of industrial security warning model of the industries invested by transnational corporations in China; finally, put forward measures of maintaining industrial security of the industries invested by transnational corporations in China.
