Research On Evaluation And Control Of Cooperation Risks Of Shipbuilding Supply Chain

In recent years, with the development of shipbuilding industry, more and more shipyards focus on risks of the shipbuilding supply chain. Since there are a lot of members in shipbuilding supply chain, when they cooperate with each other, it will be more difficult to coordinate than other industries. There are many and complex processes in shipbuilding supply chain, and they are easy to interrupt when they connection, so it is more possible to generate the conflict and risk. A huge amount of investment and substantial cost of shipbuilding supply chain lead to a bigger and irreversible loss if the cooperation risks appear. Therefore, it is a realistic significance for the healthy and sustainable development of shipbuilding industry, safe and steady operation of shipbuilding supply chain to analyze, evaluate and control the cooperation risks of shipbuilding supply chain.Firstly, the cooperative relation of shipbuilding supply chain is discussed from symbiotic angle. According to the formation and development process of shipbuilding supply chain, the cooperation risks which may take place or have high rate in each stage are analyzed.Secondly, based on the analysis of the cooperation risks factors, the evaluation index system of cooperation risks of shipbuilding supply chain is designed from six aspects, which are ability, target, credit, agreement, information communication and benefits distribution. The weight of these indicators is determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process. And the Grey Relational Analysis Model of cooperation risks of shipbuilding supply chain is constructed. An example of evaluation on the cooperation risks of shipbuilding supply chain is given by collecting and collating the data.Finally, based on the above analyses, the suggestions to control the cooperation risks are proposed according to the four stages of formation and development process of shipbuilding supply chain.
