| Feasibility study is a scientific method using a variety of scientific tools for investment projects of comprehensive technical and economic analyze before the project investment decision-making.It can be used to improve the success probability of investment, reduce the loss and defend the project risk.The combination methods of on-site and off-site survey which include literature research, historical data analysis, data prediction method, field interview were used to investigate and evalua the project. In the research work, theoretical analysis combined with empirical analysis, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, market research combined with data analysis were used to make a thoroughly study of environmental impact, financial benefits, risk control and strive to form a practical conclusion.Feasibility study theories were used to analyze the350,000tons of welding steel pipe investment project include the background, market demand, product status, technics, economics, risk-control and organization management.The we conclude that it is feasible to develope this project. And at the meantime,we also provide a preference for the similar investment decisions. |
