Research On Evaluating Index System Of Manufacturing Informatization

Manufacturing information is a long, gradual and developing process, which requirements the manufacturing enterprises achieve the ultimate goal of comprehensively improving the competitiveness of enterprises based on the business, production, management and product development. Jiangsu province is famous for the manufacturing industry and the manufacturing competitiveness index occupies the forefront of China for five consecutive years. It is worthy of further study to how to measure the level of Jiang su manufacturing information. At present, China's information technology industry is still in its infancy, which is not to establish a unified information technology evaluation index system and evaluation criteria. However, some of the existing manufacturing information on the evaluation method and the path, already unable to meet the rapid development of information technology. According to this, this dissertation researchs on the manufacturing information in Jiangsu Province to measure the level of information development and gets a more scientific, comprehensive and objective evaluation index system of manufacturing information which could promote the development of economic better.Firstly, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance, analysis of manufacturing information connotation and extension, as well as domestic and foreign manufacturing information on the evaluation system of the status quo; summarizes the results of the information technology industry in Jiangsu Province, and points out the problems of the manufacturing information to establish evaluation index system of research methods and technical routes. Secondly, according to the principles of the Index System it gets the information evaluation index system in Jiangsu evaluation system by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), which is based on the score from the experts and data analyse. Besides taking the method into practice, both the first level and second levelindex weights are calculated, in order to make the weights more scientifically and reasonably. Finally, Based on the evaluation index system it analys the prombles of the development of manufacturing information in Jiangsu Province. And number of suggestions are given to promote the development of manufacturing information in Jiangsu Province.
