Nowadays, the enterprise market nature of competition has happened essential changes, each enterprise are working to find way to keep source of its own profit growth. From creating comprehensive customer satisfaction to provide excellent customer value, enterprise had been see them as a magic weapon of the market. By establishing the CS performance evaluation system, the enterprise can objective understanding enterprise actual management level, conduce to the real estate enterprises and their business analysis of the problems existing in the development, the enterprise may, puts forward some effective measures for improving, thus enhancing management benefit of real estate itself.This thesis according to the domestic and international enterprise operation performance evaluation theory, combined with the study of the relationship of estate company profession characteristic, through the questionnaire survey way. The seven CS indicators and performance indicator has got correlation from the relevant analysis and regression, there are positive correlations between performance and CS, meanwhile, the regression function is given between CS indicators and performance indicator, and the influence from high to low is Family structure, regional environment, housing prices, property management services, planning supporting, engineering quality and sales service.Finally, the suggestions which promote performance of real estate were proposed by the theory and empirical research.
