In recent years,SQ Real Estate Group has achieved great achievement under the rapid development of the real estate industry,and its developed projects and employees have reached an unprecedented scale.With the country's positioning and policy regulation of the real estate industry,SQ Real Estate Group has also adjusted its own development philosophy and paths.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of new development philosophy and paths,the company's systems and mechanisms must be established and improved,and the employee performance evaluation system is one of the most important.Therefore,on the basis of reviewing the research status at home and abroad,this paper uses the theories and methods of balanced scorecard,key performance indicator method,analytic hierarchy process to study the performance evaluation system of SQ Real Estate Group.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The satisfaction degree of SQ Real Estate Group's employee performance evaluation system was investigated through the satisfaction anonymous questionnaire.Five main problems and three main causes of the company's employee performance evaluation system were analyzed.(2)Redesigned the company's performance evaluation system for the problems existing in SQ Real Estate Group's original employee performance evaluation system,including: the principles and objectives,the performance evaluation body,evaluation cycle and the assessment process,the employee performance evaluation system index system,the index weight,and the performance score calculation formula.The system was used to evaluate the employee performance in the first quarter of 2019.(3)Proposing safeguard measures for the implementation of the newly designed performance evaluation system from Three aspects,include strengthening process communication and counseling,improving internal management system and improving organizational structure.The research results have important reference value for SQ Real Estate Group's performance management,and can also be used as reference for performance evaluation of similar enterprises.
