Research On Performance Evaluation Of Xian Real Estate Enterprise ERP Implementation

In order to deal with the fierce competition, many companies have started to use ERP (enterprise resource planning) to promote the management ability and reduce the management cost. Whether the ERP implementation has good performance, and how to evaluate the ERP implementation performance scientifily, is a hot topic in academic circles. The existing related research of evaluation system and model on ERP implementation performance is universal, or is for manufacturing, lack of other industries. According to the shortages, this paper takes Xi'an real estate enterprise as the object to research ERP implementation performance evaluation. First use literature research, data collection, enterprise survey and expert consultation to put forward ERP implementation performance evaluation index of Xi'an real estate enterprise, based on this, establish the evaluation model, Verify the effectiveness of the model and calculation method, for ascending ERP implementation of performance to provide the theory basis.The main work and innovative achievements of the thesis is as follow.The refinement of Xi'an real estate enterprise ERP implementation performance evaluation index and establish the system. First study literature material, summary the research of ERP implementation performance evaluation of predecessor's, and according to the characteristics of the real estate, propose evaluation index; Secondly, visit the UF software Co., LTD company and part of the real estate enterprise in Xi'an city, investigate the condition of ERP implementation, consulting opinions and suggestions of evaluation index; Finally, combined with the literature material, based on the concept of ERP, from the human resources management, financial management, materials management and information management four dimensions put forward one class index, the real estate enterprise ERP implementation performance evaluation system was established from 4 dimensions,13 level,22 aspects.Establish The ERP implementation performance evaluation model of Xi'an real estate enterprise. First collecting data of 19 real estate enterprises who use UF ERP in Xi'an, in order to have qualitative index data to design qualitative indexes questionnaire,,send out a total of 380 questionnaires, recycled to the effective questionnaire was 323; Second, using the BP neural network to establish ERP implementation performance evaluation model of real estate enterprise, and then calculating the data of 15 real estate enterprise, after 915 time training, reached the requirements of the error is less than 0.01, the last, verify this model, proves the validity of the model.
