By reviewing the theoretical research on domestic and foreign employee satisfaction degree, this thesis analyzes the current situation and the approaches to manage employee satisfaction in theoretical research and business practice, and summarize the main factors that contribute to it.Combining the theory of psychological contract and employee satisfaction, this thesis analyzes the current situation and problems of employee satisfaction degree of Nanning Telecommunications and the main factors contributing to it according to the employee satisfaction questionnaire 2009 made in the thesis. Research is in the following aspects:(1)Analyze the basic situation and current condition in two broad aspects of staff composition and human resource management system.(2)Survey the factors which influence the employee satisfaction of Nanning Telecommunications in the aspects of opportunities for development of psychological contract, salary system, and environmental support, and determine the relevancy .(3)Put forward suggestions as to how to improve employee satisfaction of Nanning Telecommunications based on the above research , which provides theoretical reference for management making policies.Through the above analysis this thesis reflects the common problems in employee satisfaction management, which provides the reference for management in the future.
