With the development of economic and internet plus, the role of human resource is more and more significant. Employee, an important human capital, is the driving force of sustainab le development and the fundamental guarantee of enterprises, and also impacts the core comp etitiveness of corporates. Therefore, the satisfaction of employee is a major factor that can inc rease the creativity and enthusiasm evidently, which is meaningful to corporate. Given that th e dynamic change of the employee satisfaction, there are an amount of straitened circumstanc es in management for employee satisfaction. It is the emergence of psychological contract the ory that provides a new way for corporate to satisfy their employees.In this paper, we use the theory of psychological contract to solve the problem of emplo yee satisfaction in Foxconn, combined with statistical analysis and literature review. After tha t, Analysis the problem of employee satisfaction and induce the key influence factors, which give a direction to raise the satisfaction of employees. Considering the problems from practic es, at the end of the paper, give some detail advices and measures about the satisfaction of em ployees, which has certain reference value in human resource management.
