Research On Sea-rail Intermodal Transport By Railway Container In Tianjin Under The Background Of Logistics Integration

The development of intermodal can not only support and service economic for the hinterland, but also prove to be the urgent necessary for international financial crisis under the integration of supply chain logistics management. Facing with changes in the macroeconomic environment and the impact of national policy, it is of great significance of studying how to adjust the development of intermodal to the deal with the danger.This paper firstly introduces the advantages of intermodal based on the current situation and business processes of intermodal in foreign and domestic countries. And then it analyzes the external macro environment and internal development status. The idea of "seamless" integration of logistics put forward new demand of Tianjin intermodal. The further implement of western development strategy, the revitalization of the logistics industry introduction of planning and the construction of an international shipping center in Tianjin create new opportunities for the development of Tianjin intermodal transport. The analysis of internal transport includes status of container trains, rail traffic collection and status of distribution. Then, the problem existing the intermodal transport including the capacity of rail container, the capacity of transport channel, information sharing and other are declared. Next, qualitative and quantitative methods are used to forecast future development of Tianjin intermodal. Qualitative analysis aims to predict the economic hinterland of Tianjin Port and the competitiveness of Tianjin Port. The combination of quantitative forecasting model aims to predict container throughput of Tianjin and container throughput of sea-rail intermodal. Finally, scientific development strategy are put forward to make the development of Tianjin intermodal transport.
