Study On Ecological Town Construction Based On Circular Economy Theory

The advocate of circular economy is a kind of ecological economy which has harmonious coexistence with environment. It is an important way and realization form to develop circular economy and establish circular society. Recently, with the further study on the theory of circular economy and practice, we have achievements in the establishment of circular society and the implementation of sustainable development.Tengqiao town is an important town which located in the western Lucheng region in Wenzhou, with abundant natural resources. Recently, Tengqiao town got achievements in the establishment of provincial ecological town, and make full use of the concept of circular economy, and sustainable development. This paper started with the basic meaning of circular economy and theory of circular economy, reviewed the practical way of circular economy and the present situations of home and abroad, and analyzed the necessity of circular economy establishment. And found the gradual development of circular economy in Tengqiao town recently, and the gradual increase of comprehensive index in circular economy. Meanwhile, proposed the advantages and restricted factors of circular economy development, and the strategies of ecological town construction in Tengqiao town. The main results are as following:1. The main factor which affected the environmental quality was pollution of domestic sewage in Tengqiao town by the data analysis of air, water and noise and so on. It was one of the main assignments to govern the pollution of domestic sewage in the establishment of ecological town in Tengqiao town.2. The evaluation system of circular economy in Tengqiao town was built by Delphi and ahp method, and proposed the advantages and restricted factors of circular economy development in Tengqiao by the comprehensive evaluation of Tengqiao circular economy development from 2001 to 2008.3. Four constrction targets were proposed for ecological town constrction of Tengqiao based on circular economy theory including the eco-agricultural system, circular type enterprises, eco-industry garden region and circular resources society. Furthermore, the some operable measures were proposed to supply basic theory methods and decisions for the development of circular economy in Tengqiao town.
