Study On The Ecological Town Construction Of Tingjiang Town, Mawei District, Fuzhou City

With the development of society and human progress, especially the increasing of population, urbanization has become the inevitable trend of human society development. But because of the traditional city construction neglect ecological protection which appeared in a series of environmental problems, seriously restricts the sustainable development of the city and the human health, so in the process of town construction, should pay attention to ecological construction work. To carry out the ecological village and township construction is the demands of the development of urbanization construction is to promote rural environmental protection work and the effective ways to improve the rural ecological environment.This topic take the famous overseas Chinese hometown-Tingjiang town’s construction eco town as an example, according to the theory of circular economy, ecological footprint theory, the theory of urban ecological economics, urban complex ecosystem theory, conducts the research to the Tingjiang town ecological construction. Through the SWOT analysis to find out the construction of Ting Jiang ecological town of the favorable conditions and restricted factors, to explore suitable for this town’s ecological construction mode, and puts forward the strategies of the sustainable development for ecological towns construction.This article is divided into introduction, relevant concept definition and research general situation of the theoretical basis, Tingjiang town profile, research methods and technical route, Tingjiang town ecological towns construction of SWOT analysis, Tingjiang town’s ecological town construction mode, Tingjiang town ecological construction sustainable development strategy, conclusion and so on eight parts. Through investigation and study about the present situation of Tingjiang town ecological towns construction results show that the Tingjiang town ecological towns construction advantages are:Superior geographical conditions, has a long history of culture, solid work foundation;Limiting factors are: environmental protection facilities construction lags behind, the old city function disorder of ecological town construction difficult, a long industrial park, ecological construction;Facing opportunities is:beautiful Chinese construction and construction of ecological province drive, the new urbanization construction and Minjiang mouth golden triangle economic development opportunity, Mawei and Matsu travel heat and friendly ecological towns docking important node;Challenge is:in the short term training national ecological ideas difficult, ecological villages and towns construction required talents shortage, ecological villages and towns construction time tight task heavy.In this paper, according to the construction of ecological towns of related theory as the instruction, according to the domestic and foreign advanced experience of the construction of ecological towns and Tingjiang town’s natural environmental conditions, social economic condition of the actual situation, put forward the suitable for Tingjiang ecological towns construction mode should be:Base on riparian ecological town model Give priority to and eco tourism traction mode of supplemented by the double track approaching mode. To build this model this paper argues that work must focus on the following aspects:1. strengthen organizational leadership, establish the leadership responsibility system.2. adjusting and optimizing industrial structure, make the industry between the complementary advantages, coordinated development.3. scientific planning urban layout, setting up reasonable functional partition.4. prominent natural emphasizes the ecological construction, build green habitable ecological town. Will Tingjiang town planning is:the four big area (i.e. Changan area, Changbing area, Tingjiang center area and the Minan area), the five functional partition (i.e. the traveling, living, processing, manufacturing, and logistics functions), until2020years, build as:the structure perfect, functional normal, each component coordination and orderly, landscape beauty, ecological optimum’s ecological towns.In view of the construction of Tingjiang ecological Town and the current construction situation, advantage and disadvantage and existing problems, Further proposed Tingjiang town’s ecological towns construction sustainable development strategy, Main is:Adhere to the concept of ecological development, Condensation ecological construction team; Long-term planning, Pay attention to science and technology strength support;Pushing forward the construction of the project, perfect infrastructure form a complete set;Integrating the resource of overseas Chinese hometown, increase investment in ecological construction;Improve the environment quality, form all departments and industries, as well as the human and the nature coordinated development situation.Through the above measures, Finally building:a beauty with characteristic of riverside landscape, ecological, human and nature harmonious, sustainable economic development, the tourism industry to develop the ecological towns.
