In these years, the competition environment of enterprises has changed enormously along with the rapid development of market economy. If enterprise wants to have a quick, stable and long-term development, it is more important to inspire internal potential besides trying to enlarge external profit. As vitals of an enterprise, employee and their participation, dedication and contribution will influence the future of the enterprise directly. So how to inspire employee effectively becomes the key factor to enterprise development. Enterprises should integrate and optimize each Human Resource module, establish and complete effective employee incentive mechanism, motivate their enthusiasm, go-aheadism and creativity. Employee incentive is not only a long-term systematic project. which cannot be reached in short time but also a project with participation of all levels and all staff. Only under the contribution of decision-making level, management level and employee it is then possible to fulfill this work perfect and reach the win-win target:satisfy the individual requirement of employee and realize the planed target of enterprise via employee's good performance as well.In this paper, the study focuses on the employee incentive of company T. In the use of incentive theory, based on the survey and analysis of current incentive policy, a set of the incentive methods with company T's special characteristics, target, sustainability and competitiveness is to research and establish which will provide a reliable human resources support for long-term business development.At first this paper describes the theory of employee incentive. Then, based on actual problems of company T at employee incentive and considering related incentive theory and different interest demands between enterprise and staff, an improvement plan is designed. During the enhancement on compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, personnel selection, training, reward and punishment and incentive method, a long-term incentive mechanism is to research and build. Finally, the effect of the improvement program is predicted. After implementation of the improvement plan company T improved employee incentives, enhanced human resources management position in business operations, increased company T's overall competitiveness. At the same time, a risk and its precautions during carry-out of the improvement plan is also analyzed.
