With the advent of "Knowledge Value Revolution" at the end of 20th century, the knowledge-based economy centered at creative was born and developed rapidly. Creative industry, as a deserved sunrise industry in post-industrial era, is intensive in technology, knowledge and talent. Other from traditional enterprise, human capital has replaced physical capital as the core competitiveness in creative enterprises. China started late on creative industry. There are many problems in the process of development and growth, the most prominent one of which is the high turnover rate of creative talents, which directly affect the development of enterprises. Compensation, as an important means of incentive, is the main content of enterprise human capital management. The effectiveness of the compensation incentive program depends on the reasonableness of compensation incentive mechanism. Therefore, it is significant to construct a scientific and reasonable compensation incentive mechanism for attracting, keeping live talent and enhancing their core competitiveness in creative enterprise.Based on the theory of modern compensation incentive and the method of performance evaluation, this paper investigates and analyses the compensation structure and performance evaluation system of H Cultural and Creative Company, in the process of which, find out the problems and the reasons in the compensation incentive of the company. Then design performance evaluation system based on EVA to improve the compensation incentive system. The performance evaluation system includes three parts:senior management, middle management and ordinary employee performance evaluation system, based on which, improve compensation system from perspectives of short-term and long-term. At last, raise the obstacles, risks and countermeasure that would be encountered, and propose the method to manage and control the program.Performance evaluation is the basis of the pay distribution and salary system is to ensure the realization of operating performance. The two supervise and motivate corporate strategic. EVA index is a mature tool that has been taken into practices in many countries. But it is seldom applied in Chinese non-listed company. This paper attempts to build the EVA performance evaluation system to optimize H Company's compensation system, thus improving incentives mechanism. The aims of this paper are to help H develop sustainably and steadily, and to provide reference for related fields in EVA index application.
