Compensation system is an important part of human resources, it is also animportant aspect of many incentive factors in the enterprise management, it plays animportant role in the development of the enterprise, because of the pay system related tothe vital interests of every employee, directly affects the stability of the team. Reasonablecompensation system can not only effectively arouse the initiative and enthusiasm of thestaff, but also can improve team cohesion and centripetal force, make the employee toimprove their own ability and quality, improve work efficiency, work hard, make greatercontributions to the development of the enterprise to achieve a virtuous cycle; Perfectcompensation system, on the other hand, can also affect the overall performance of theenterprise, for the whole enterprise management plays an important role. However, underthe background of financial globalization, the domestic bank is faced with great rangeand deep sense of competition, also, societe generale H branch in a series of problemsalso exist in salary incentive mechanism.Thesis first comb "introduction" existing selected topic background, the selectedtopic clear purpose and significance, research method and research way of thinking, andthen review the overall evaluation to clarify existing compensation theory, summarize thedevelopment trend of modern pay system and foreign advanced compensation system,and then by societe generale H branch of the compensation system as the research object,to the societe generale H branch salary incentive mechanism problems such as singlecompensation project, incentive is limited; Employees lack of incentive mechanism;Performance evaluation system is not reasonable, etc. Carried on the thorough researchand analysis, points out the reason for this is that the bank H branch lack of reasonablecompensation incentive mechanism, this not only affect the staff’s enthusiasm, initiativeand the stability of staff team, will also affect the societe generale H branch benefit andsustainable development ability, this paper proposes a reference elastic welfare model, attaches great importance to the core staff incentive mechanism, and perfecting theincentive mechanism and constraint mechanism and compensation system optimization,and the optimized scheme is given. In this paper, the industrial bank H branch of salaryincentive mechanism optimization has a certain reference value.
