In the 21st century, with social progress and development, and businesses have entered a stage of rapid development, competition among enterprises are becoming increasingly intense, companies are more and more emphasis on human resource management. As the core of human resource management component of enterprise compensation management plays attract and retain talent and encourage the important role of human resources, For state-owned enterprises, to design a scientific and rational, competitive pay system, even more important.In this paper, The Compensation System reform of XiJing Electronic Corporation sector manager for the study, by analyzing the status quo, the use of relevant theoretical knowledge, learn from today's modern pay system, the existing pay system to identify problems.
