| Through comparing and analyzing the seven certified and certifying FMOs' auditing results, and 100 investigative questionnaires on forest certification, the author could get the main gaps between Chinese forest managing statuses and FSC principle and criterion conclude the key problems of Chinese forest management and analyze the influence of FSC certification so as to strongly promote Chinese forest certification development. On the other side, this research could show us the disadvantages of Chinese forest management system by comparing analysis, which is vital and meaningful to give the universal advise and method aiming at improving the current forest operation system in order to enhance Chinese sustainable forest management, promote Chinese forest managing system joining the international standard and then carry out the span development of forestry.Taking the gap analyzing as the first step, and then using the common thinking way which is finding problem and solving it, this thesis aims to set up the theory basic for forest certification extension and shorting the distance to the international standard. In a long term, the theme of the research is to enhance the general forest management level, which is the theoretical and concretion of the policy-developing forest certification, jointing the international requirement.Moreover, FSC principle and criterion is the strict requirement concerning on forest management, the theme of which is to promote responsible environmental management, beneficial society, economical available forest management. Therefore, this research is to give suggestion on how to promote the variation of our forest managing technology and manner, and finally achieve the sustainable forest management. In a long sight, it is vital and meaning for us to manage forest according to FSC requirements that could balance the supply and requirement of timber, protect forest resource, and keep forest productivity. |
