Therefore, the establishment of a Efficient performance appraisal system for Zhongshan rural credit cooperatives have great practical significance to enhance the core competitiveness of the banks.This article first describes the performance appraisal system at home and abroad and development trends, detailed analysis of several popular ideas and principles of the current domestic and international performance evaluation, Then we outline the current human capital and the status of performance appraisal of Zhongshan rural credit cooperatives.
