Study On Performance Evaluation System Of Fourth Party Logistics Enterprises In China

With Chinese government entering into the twelfth five-year plan, the country has developed rapidly. However, the international world is facing with post-industrial era and knowledge economy age. Along with a high degree of marketization, globalization and competition, the logistics has also developed from the first party logistics(independent logistics), the second party logistics (lease logistics), the third party logistics (outsourcing logistics) to the fourth party logistics (information logistics). Because of the "late start" of the fourth logistics, it is crucial to study how to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The key is establishing performance management and evaluation system scientifically.Firstly, this article compares the third party logistics and the fourth party logistics, by studying evaluation system of the third party performance and the meaning of the fourth party logistics. Secondly, it establishes four dimensions performance evaluation system of finance, customer, internal process, and learning & growth on the basis of the balanced scorecard theory. Finally, it analyzes the direction of future research and shortage of the article.This article has forwarded the performance evaluation system of the fourth party, which can both enrich the content of performance evaluation system in theory and provide operational evaluation systems for assessing the role of the fourth party enterprises in practice.
