A Study On Curent Benefit Farming Policies Of China

The state has issued a series of preferential agricultural policy from which the farmers gained benefit in a certain extent, the agriculture stably developed, and the rural areas were more harmonious than ever. But it can not be denied that strengthening the implementation of preferential agricultural policies of the problems is very important and necessary in the new period of agricultural policies coming out.The writer is based on the experience in the changes of farmers life on the agricultural policy's implementation to found the problems and analyze them.In the current study of the process of preferential agricultural policies, the author analyze the problems of agricultural policies from the subject, object, policy environment of agricultural policies and the interaction between them in the implementation process. Then put forward measures to improve the benefits of agricultural policies and proposals. The choice of angle is feasible, recommendations to further improve the effectiveness of the implementation of preferential agricultural policies so that farmers get real benefits.In the background of the current situation of our country and the agricultural opportunities and challenges faced and several Central Document No.1, the writer is has review the history of some agricultural policy, and concluded the current target of preferential agricultural policies, guidelines, content and significance on this basis. By collecting and collating the data that reflect the effectiveness of the agricultural policy, the writer summed up the policy of recent years, the write used the theory of Policy system in the course of identifying problems and the steps of analysis of the reasons. Finally, on the basis of previous paper the writer puts forward proposals purposefully to solve the problems.
