In recent years, SaaS(Software-as-a-Service) market has increased rapidly in China. This trend of SaaS is generally recognized by the relative industry. And its importance has been more recognized. The users increasingly tend to choose SaaS software because of convenience. The SaaS Software is likely to become to be the new trend of software industry. In the background of vigorous development of SaaS, its industry chain is gradually taking shape and becoming more clearly. Many domestic enterprises have also begun to enter the SaaS industry, in order to be able to place the emerging field of SaaS. Then there have been many problems in the production, operations, marketing process. And SaaS software pricing is one of the topics worthy of further study.Jiangsu Fengyun Network ltd. is a platform operator enterprise. If Fengyun ltd. could reasonably price, this reasonable price will undoubtedly a key step in marketing success. Firstly, this paper discusses the characteristic, industrial chain and market of SaaS, and analyzes the theory of information service and SaaS software pricing rules and pricing principles. On this basis, this paper focusing on software pricing model. The model determines the minimum and the maximum prices by costs and assessing the value of SaaS Software. Thus a reasonable price will be determined. Finally, according to the model proposed in this paper, the paper analyzes problems about SaaS software pricing of Jiangsu Fengyun and suggestions for improvement. To give CRM software for example, the paper explain how to use this model to determine price.This paper applies economic value estimate to the SaaS software pricing, and provides the basis for company's pricing. And the paper gives some suggestion about plan, implementation and adjustment of price. SaaS is developing rapidly. SaaS software pricing will face new market environment. How to better adapt to market and win market competition are still worthy of further study.
