An Study Of The Influencing Factors Of Listed Companies' Performance

With the development and improvement of China's market economy, the important role of listed companies played in China's national economy gets more and more prominent. The operating performance of listed companies determines the resource allocation of the market, and directly affects the development level of China's economy. The evaluation of the operating performance of list companies has become a common concern of shareholders, creditors, managers and securities analysts. Therefore, how to reasonablely evaluate the operating performance of listed companies and how to correctly analyze the factors affecting the performance have become an important issue of academic research.Generally, the operating performance of listed companies is reflected in a financial statement, the analysis of which is often used as a general method to objectively evaluate operating performance and financial situation of the past and present. This article uses financial statement data to analyze the operating performance of listed companies and the factors affecting the performance, according which the managers of listed companies could take appropriate measures to effectively improve the operating performance of listed companies. In addition, shareholders could use the method to evaluate management performance and accordingly develop appropriate incentive measures to achieve the maximization of corporate value.The original samples of this article are 101 listed companies of ten industries in Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 index from 2006 to 2010, including financial services, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, and communication and cultural industries. According to the development of the selected samples, this article analyzes the affecting factors and the level of the operating performance, and further makes some recommendations and countermeasures for improving the operating performance of listed companies after the research of the companies' overall operating performance. This article includes the following parts:The first part, this paper expounds the research background and research significance, the research content and research methods.The second part, summarize enterprise operating performance and its influencing factors related theory and related research.The third part, through to the samples by descriptive statistical analysis of listed companies, and the original data by using factor analysis method, it is concluded that the listed company after pretreatment operating performance and related financial factors of the status.The fourth part, comprehensive management of the listed company, the empirical analysis of the factors affect the performance. First the listed company to influence factors of operating performance of the single factor analysis, and then integral multiple regression analysis, and the regression results are analyzed, and then the reliability of the factors influencing the comprehensive management performance of listed company major factor.The fifth part, according to the results of analysis of listed company, to improve the operating performance puts forward corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures.
