A Research On Competition Ability Evaluation Of High-tech Industry In Our Country Regions

Since the new century, science and technology of the world changes with each passing day. Developed and developing countries and the flourishing nations or regions also are all chasing to develop high-technology, looking on it as the core strategy to excellent or upgrade the industrial structure to carry out their economic-cross, and try to construction their own competition advantage in high-tech industry. Therefore, at the new history stage, it not only has the theories meaning, but also has an important realistic meaning to study the evaluation of the competition ability of the high technique industry, it can help the high-tech industry to set up or to promote its competitive advantage and push the development of the industry strong at the same time.In this thesis, the author studies the competitive advantage of high-tech industry in our country regions with a view of new type industrialization. It considers that the competitive advantage of high-tech industry in our country regions is the abilities to make full use of the local resources, especially the science and technology, to obtain the most economic performance and protect the environment and the resource at the same time. The evaluation index system of the competitive ability of high-tech industry in our country regions includes four aspects; they are economy, science and technology resource an environment. It evaluates and summaries the competition structure and its characters of high-tech industry in our country regions, and finds that the growth of competitive ability of high-tech industry is very not sound in various regions, the difference among the regions is large. Through comprehensive analysis, it divides the high-tech industry in our country regions into four types according the different combinations of the competition ability of technology innovation and economic performance; they are "strong in economic performance, and strong in technology innovation", "strong in economic performance, but weak in technology innovation ", "strong in technology innovation, but weak in economic performance", "weak in economic performance, and weak in technology innovation". It can look on "technology-lead", "technology-support", "technology-incline" and "industry-cluster" as the core of the strategy to promote the high-tech industry in our country regions in the future.
