Profoundly Analyzing The Factor Of Fulfilling The Corporation Social Responsibility Of Transnational Companies In China

Along with the deeper development of global economic integration, China become an important area in the transnational companies nationwide strategy , summary experience of the practice of the transnational corporations in China in recent years, is of far-reaching significance to promote corporations fulfilling the corporation social responsibility better.Transnational corporations in China through the management system construction, ability training, giving report, conducting responsibility activities and many forms of practice, have remarkable results in many areas such as in the economic, employees, environmental, social responsibility. But,some of transnational corporations in China exposed a series against social responsibility and ethics scandal. This article make a further and systemic study on fundamental theory of fulfilling the corporation social responsibility, it gives a more thorough analysis on the causes of corporations fulfilling their social responsibility. In recent years, based on a lot of research on the weakening of corporation social responsibility by domestic scholars, this article combined with the examples, and climbed out the box of confucian thought. It showed the new evaluation on the fact of fulfilling the corporation social responsibility of transnational companies in China. And according to the current situation, the article does the extensions thinking and gives suggestions and ameliorative measures on how to promote the development of CSR in China.
