In the context of economic globalization,with the accumulation of world wealth and the intensification of international competition,the success or failure of enterprises in the international market is no longer dependent on the number of capital,technological innovation,product quality and other factors,a business to obtain competitive advantage The key lies in its ability to absorb and integrate resources.The international competitiveness of multinational companies is also reflected in its ability to absorb and integrate international resources,such as human capital,technological innovation,resources and environment.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid economic development,China has made remarkable achievements in economic development and foreign trade.But the attendant food safety problems,cottage products around the market,labor relations,serious environmental pollution and other issues are warned us: corporate social responsibility is the rapid development of China's economy at the same time unavoidable problems,these social problems will To China's economic sustainable development and international market position to bring serious challenges.Based on the theory of stakeholder theory,corporate social responsibility theory and international competitiveness theory,this paper chooses transnational corporations as the research object,and determines the social responsibility content of transnational corporations from the perspective of multinational corporations' stakeholders,and thinks that transnational corporations actively fulfill social responsibility Can improve the enterprise in the talent,sales,image and efficiency advantages,thereby enhancing its international competitiveness.This chapter consists of six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the theory of corporate social responsibility and international competitiveness;the third chapter is the mechanism of corporate social responsibility affecting the international competitiveness of multinational corporations;Social responsibility affect the international competitiveness of multinational companies empirical analysis;the fifth chapter is to take corporate social responsibility to improve the international competitiveness of enterprises countermeasures and suggestions,based on the analysis of the status of China's corporate social performance,combined with theoretical research and empirical analysis of the results,How to Promote International Competitiveness by Implementing Social Responsibility.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and research prospect.Based on the results of mechanism analysis and empirical research,it is found that multinational corporations actively fulfill their corporate social responsibility can have a positive impact on the improvement of their international competitiveness,and further summarize the current situation and problems of corporate social responsibility in China.It is found that China's corporate social responsibility remains at the initial stage,there is a need for further government and public oversight and further efforts by multinational companies.
