Research On The Innovation Of Rural Old-age Security In China

In China, the rural old-age security has been on the edge of the social security system for a long time. As the rural aging problem is worse and worse, the demand of rural old-age security is increased. The harmonious society and the economic development depend on the effective solution of rural aging problem .The demand of rural old-age security mainly reflects in economic and living-service demand, and the corresponding security should include old-economic and old-living-service security. The government has started the New Rural Insurance and obtained some achievements, and planed to cover all the people by 2015. There are also many problems, for example. the low level and narrow range of old-age insurance, the differences between urban and rural areas. And in the areas of rural old-living-service, almost there is no supply. This paper attempts to study the system and innovative of rural old-age security and support some idea about it.Main content as follows: The 1th chapter is introduction remakes, in this part, it mainly clarifies selected topic's practical background and research significance. That is basic old security nationalized and the non-basic old security diversified. The 6th part also analyses some important problems of the new rural old security system, lists some principles which should be followed, and give some advice.
