Income distribution is not only an "eternal theme" in the economics, but also an important issue relate to the wellbeing of the people, which is thought highly by the Party and government. Since the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC, our Party has paid much attention to adjust the income distribution and issued a series of policies, and as a result has achieved remarkable success. The"12th five-year outline about economic and social development"not only requires people's income acceleration rate should keep up with economic acceleration rate, but also clears people's income acceleration rate should surpass economic acceleration rate for the first time, thus to put the"make a big cake"and"share the cake"into an equal important position. China's income gap is too large due to many reasons. If this problem is not solved properly, it will bring negative influence to the scientific development as well as the harmonious society.This paper is under the guidance of the scientific distribution theory of Marxism. Through the analysis of the income distribution reform process since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the writer realizes the main problem and reason in the field of income distribution. According to the serious issue of big gap in the field of the income, the writer renews development idea, seizes the key problems, then puts forward some effective principals and ways. By the way of relevant continue institution reform, we try to narrow the income gap between rich and poor, to improve the share of the residents income in the national income and labor payment in the investment, to gradually achieve social justice and inclusive growth, to further perfect China's income distribution institution.
