With the advent of Knowledge Economy and acceleration of globalization, high quality human resources have become the strategic resource. In the new situation, the new generation of employees entered the job market gradually and has become a new force in the development of enterprises. New generation of employees who were born in 1980s have the different growth environment, way of thinking and behavior characteristics compared with the other staffs. The traditional management concept and business model have been unable to meet the need to the management of the new generation of employees. It is a new challenge to the enterprise's human resources how to manage the new generation of employees effectively.Based on the in-depth analysis to personality characteristics and the work characteristics of the new generation of employees, this article tries to find out the main problems of the management of the new generation of employees, analyzes the root of the problem, and gives the targeted management strategies. This study provides the theoretical basis and useful suggestions for the enterprises changing the management mode from the traditional to the modern, improving the management level of the new generation of employees and stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of the new generation of employees. |
