The competition of human resource becomes ultimately the competition among enterprises.A few years ago,after 80 become the core resource for companies' recruiting.But now after 90 will be is the main force of enterprise applicants.Then it will be the world of after 90,the company who win these talents will achieve absolute advantage in the next round of market competition.The advance in manufacturing automation has created the need to workers who are hi-tech talents.If the company have these hi-tech talents,they will be acquire absolute advantage in the marketplace.In the course of vocational ability training,professionals should choose the teaching methods that are appropriate for“after 90”according to their learning ability,appear wise and self-quality.Compared with previous generations,After 90 have more distinct personality characteristics because after 90 are affected by their effects of multiple factors in their growing environment In the final analysis.the current occupation ability training mode can't adapted to the after 90 generation for their obvious characteristics differed from other generations because of the influence of culture,economic and political.School enterprise cooperation is the basic guarantee of higher vocational education to cultivate excellent staff.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to make a research of after 90 personality,analyze the influential factors,so as to provide scientific reference for higher vocational schools and enterprises completes the talent reserve work.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research.questionaires approach and case analysis method.Literature research scan research results on link between the training model with the characteristics of human nature,systematically sorting out national research achievements so as to grasp the research history and status of the research.These are the existing problems and the reasons between after 90 distinct personality characteristics and the training model through the investigation of the higher vocational school teacher?after 90 vocational staff and business management personnel questionaires.The case analysis method provides a successful case that can supply reference in order to finding out the occupation ability training mode that can fit for after 90.
