The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents In Heilongjiang Province Empirical Research

China is in the economic structure and social structure of the transition period at present. When the national wealth is increasing, there is conflict between fairness and efficiency. The central issue of the income gap is between urban and rural residents. In order to solve the issue of the income gap, we should measure the current level of income gap between urban and rural residents and analysis the cause.Heilongjiang province has many rural population, which is one of the important agricultural provinces in north of China. The problem of increasing income gap between urban and rural residents is serious. The urban and rural residents' income gap analysis of Heilongjiang province must be combined with practical situations.The study based on the theory of distribution according to work of Marx and Lewis principle of dual economic structure, etc. The research methods are that analytical combined with empirical analyses by Heilongjiang province official data. The research analyzed the cause of urban and rural residents' income gap in Heilongjiang province and described the degree. The thesis used"unit root test","co integration test","Granger causality","Histogram-normality test","Serial correlation LM test","White Heteroskedasticity", etc. We got a new model which has been adjusted on the basis of the testing result. Finally, the analysis is based on the theories and empirical analyses, and gives advices of a policy on Heilongjiang province.
