With the constanly strengthening of reform and opening and also the high speed development of the economic,China is becoming the focus of global economic development. The strong economic development and the ability of huge investment which attract more capital of domestic and foreign that invest into our bank card payment system construction field. After many years of practice,the experience shows that bank card is a kind of product which can get more profit. It can bring huge profits.It is becoming the economical competition focus among the financial institutions in and out of China. Merchant acquiring is the terminal part of the bank card payment's operation ,also is one of the most important part of bank card payment system , Merchant acquiring is a key point that business field always pays attention to. The development of Merchant cash register systems integration is becoming an important measure for whether they can occupy the Large Merchant.It is Directly impact on that how much the profit those financial institutions get.IT-POS system is the abbreviation of Merchant acquiring business systems in China Construction Bank in Heilongjiang province.It is used in the payment of business.The system is a professional soft ware that used for paying by card between business and bank.It is an independent system.This paper learned the theory and method about Enterprise Marketing and Core competitiveness of enterprises ,analysied the competitive strategy in IT-POS system product of China Construction Bank in Heilongjiang province in the environment of Heilongjiang Merchant Acquiring. According to Michael Porter's five key point in competitive and 4P theory in marketing,this paper combined business market with the state of bank card using environment, analysied the IT-POS system competitive environment,point out the problem in the competitive of Merchant acquiring. Formulate the competitive Strategy in IT-POS system. Enhance the comprehensive competitiveness that in Merchant acquiring business in China Construction Bank in Heilongjiang province.
