China Union Pay Merchant Services Co.,LTD is specialized in providing sevices of cultivating an acceptance market of Bank cards and payment service portfolio. It was created on December, 2002 in Shanghai and controlled by China Unipay. Since we have started our branch Chenzhou Union Pay Merchant Services Co.,LTD in 2004,our volume of business and profitability level in Chenzhou is steadily climbing year by year, however, with the expanding of the market of the third party payment and fierce competion from the huge market, the company has not yet achieved its goal on market share or making an influence because of the lacking of a scientific and effective system for its long-term development so that its fast-lane development had been drawn back seriously. Hence, the company emergently need to eliminate those out-of-date development thoughts and marketing theories, and coming up with new scientific marketing strategies to show the right direction for the whole company.Based on the theories of marketing, PEST analysis, Five Forces Model of Michael Porter, SWOT Analysis method and related theories of market sales, this research firstly analyzed the current sales toword merchant clients of our Chenzhou Union Pay Merchant Services Co., LTD. and researched the internal and external sales environment of the company as well as its advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges. We have also undertaken Relative Analytical Matrix and TP marketing positioning analysis method, through market survey of various sectors and selection of target markets with positioning analysis of the target market, carried out mixed scientifical tactics by applying 6Ps theory of mega-marketing of modern market combined with the external environment, used integrated marketing strategies to guide the overall operations of all walks of business processes, and finally, we putting forward implementation measures of marketing strategies for our clients of Chenzhou Union Pay Merchant Services Co.,LTD.By this market survey, our company can provide theoretical foundation for the constant innovation and improvment of marketing strategies and operation modes of Chenzhou Union Pay Merchants Service Co., LTD.
