China Merchant Bank is a shareholding commercial bank,its competence ability strengthened after absorb new money and shares in capital market.The Dandong branch of China Merchant Bank located in the frontier city and get a relatively inferior position in the local financial market.This thesis analysis the development trend of local financial market in recent period.In the present time,because of the rapid economic development,the resident's income are improved constantly,the local financial market spread rapidly,but with the emerging of county bank and the entrance of bank from abroad,the competence of local financial market become intensify.From the foundation of China Merchant Bank,the modern enterprise administration model are adapted,the personnel inspiration mechanism are completed,and the product and service are innovated;China Merchant Bank set up branches all over the country,the image of the brand is admitted by the social people,also the technique of network is advanced.These are the bank's advantage.At the Dandong local market,the braches are few,the client of high level is limited,also the client of the network is limited,which is its disadvantage.on the base of it,combine the analysis of the character of internal environment,outside environment,it point out the advantage and disadvantage of commercial bank..also it gives appraisal of SMEs financial business product combination.China Merchant Bank's product and service position the growing SMEs',and provide the product and service according to demand,profit and controllable risks.These product and service satisfied the SMEs'financial demand.On the base of it,this thesis give associated suggestion for strengthen the effect of product marketing combination.It includes improve business process and improve the service efficiency,pay attention to administration and cost control,improve the business personnel quality etc.besides this,the thesis want to learn from experience abroad,to perfect the marketing combination strategy,and give useful suggestions for commercial banks in China.
