The Study On Matching Dynamic Mechanism Of Business Strategy And Technological Innovation Strategy

Along with globalization economic and the rapid development of high-tech,the enterprise and its business environment in which to become increasingly unstable, while the greatest impact on change of business environment is none other than technological innovation, so, the technology has become more and more important on business activities, and also a critical mean as the enterprises gaining market share in the fierce market competition with its rival. However, the mere pursuit of advanced technology can not bring good financial performance and create sustainable competitive advantage for the enterprise, it still need to integrate the overall business strategy and analyze whether the innovation appropriate for the development of enterprise or not, only by this can make a good financial performance and sustainable competitive advantage for the company.Base on this point of view,this paper gives a summarize to the previous studies and analyze that the market environment, technical resources and senior management team are three capital dynamic effects factors which impact the corporate strategy and technology innovation strategy to achieve match.
