In the modern market economy, a labor relation is the most fundamental interests and the most important relationship. Harmonious labor relations is the bases of the effective implementation of strategic objectives, is a prerequisite of modern society and economic development, as also is the cornerstone of building a harmonious society. The labor relations have undergone profound changes, after the socialist market economic system in China, since the early 1990s. Especially, after the state-owned enterprise reform, the labor relations are more complicated. The deep-seated contradictions have exacerbated, the field of labor relations has been instability, and the labor relations have been the accumulation of years of more intensified repression.For the Jilin province which has been influenced by the old industrial and the planned economy, the proportion of state-owned enterprises have been too high. Since the beginning of Jilin Province of SOEs in 2005, Labor relations had a profound change. After the reform, labor relations have changed from an executive type to contract type since the reform, labor relations administrative regulation, but the regulation, is no longer the law of the market regulation; Enterprise labor relations are basically realized the market and the enterprise; the form of labor relations no longer depends on government formation , but on both employees and employers; employees achieve a variety of interests within the enterprise; economic interests as the core of labor relations, labor relations form and also the formation and regulation of leverage. These changes affected by the planned economic model for long-term history and culture of the Jilin province in terms of precipitation, but also a new challenge. If you can not properly handle the changes after the reform of the new labor relations, will inevitably lead to frequent labor disputes and affect sustainable development of enterprises.Although the restructuring of state enterprises before and after the issue of labor relations is not a new topic, relevant literature is not a minority, but a large number of documents are from the perspective of the macro issues of labor relations, there are few studies from the business perspective, few some human resource management theory and effective use of thinking to build a harmonious labor relations studies, and virtually no empirical analysis, the lack of practical feasibility. The author on the basis of existing studies at home and abroad, the restructuring of state-owned enterprises in Jilin Province, after the impact of labor relations and labor relations analyzes the status, in order to increase the depth of the problem. Meanwhile, the study was part of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises in Jilin Province sampling research, through statistical analysis software SPSS13.0 extracted out of the state-owned enterprise restructuring, a key factor in labor relations, and then after the reform of state-owned enterprises in China's Harmonious Labor Relations Construction of the constructive comments and suggestions.
