For recent years,rapid development of Chinese pharmaceutical industry has substantially elevated the status and functions of medicine logistics and made it a brand new area in this industry.Medicine logistics has been a hot issue in the field of medicine circulation.It involves lots of sections in which distribution plays a crucial role.Take Lanzhou A Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.for example.It is a private enterprise engaged in drug business.With the rapid changes in the economic environment,the company's business is also moving forward rapidly,and the scale of development is continuing expanding.For Lanzhou Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,logistics distribution is the final link of all the business activities.It is the ultimate goal for company A to make profits by delivering drugs safely,efficiently and accurately to the customers.However,at present,there are many problems in logistics distribution,which are mainly reflected in the cost and efficiency of distribution.Also,they have become the main factors to limit the development of the company.Therefore,the problems of improving the way of logistics distribution,integrating the resources of logistics distribution,reducing the cost of logistics distribution and improving the efficiency of logistics distribution.In terms of this situation,the paper conducted investigations of issues related to distribution part of pharmaceutical logistics.For pharmaceutical industry,some medicines have limitations on storage duration,therefore timeliness of distribution becomes explicitly important.Finding highly effective vehicle distribution routes through reasonable methods to solve problems like high distribution fees of traditional methods is important for corporations to survive in the burning market competitions The saving algorithm was adopted in routing optimization analysis to be the standard of modeling of dispatching vehicles that had same start and end points,not full-loaded and had time window restraints.After sorting out basic data of the regular customers,the author concluded saved mileages and time,then related vehicles' transporting capacity,customers' demands and time restraints,input obtained data program into MALAB software to obtain the result of routing optimization.The resulted optimization expressed reduced total transporting mileage,lower cost,less distribution time,higher working efficiency,improved loading efficiency,upgraded schedulability and elevated service quality.Improved vehicle dispatching route could effectively save distribution time,reduce total distribution mileage,decrease distribution cost and improve economic efficiency of the corporation.Through analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: as a developing small scale enterprise,Lanzhou A Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd is facing considerable pressure.Market competition will intensify day by day,only by improving the efficiency of distribution,reasonable reduction of distribution costs in order to survive in the competition gap.At the same time,enterprises should implement logistics information management,improve medical logistics personnel training,take joint distribution of enterprises in the industry to further improve their industry competitiveness.
