| In recent years, by mean of intenet economy,personal online shop entrepreneurship brings huge innovation and rapid development, becomes more and more common. At the same time, in the complex supply chain network, supply chain relationship management is a bottleneck to personal online shop. As the personal online shop entrepreneurs get mature in the context of e-commerce entrepreneurship,the networking industry is getting more and fiercer. The questions who can foster supply chain relations into social capital, how to use social capital, how to enhance supply chain social capital to make the personal online shop stand out in the fierce competition and gain a competitive advantage and a high state of entrepreneurial performance, have become one of the hot topics for the academia and practice.The research reveals social capital and gets key factors to infiuence entrepreneurship performance. Currently the scholars have realized the importance of supply chain and social capital , however , a small number of scholars have made little analysis between the characteristics of supply chain and social capital and the personal e-commerce entrepreneurial performance, so the researches need further exploitation.The paper includes three steps discussion. First of all, from the past relevant studies, the basic theoretical model and hepothesis are reviewed. This paper attempts to construct Supply Chain Social Capital analytic model by thinking of the characteristic of supply chain and social capital, through integration of the intermediary role of resource integration and the dimensions of personal e-commerce entrepreneurial performance factors; Secondly, data were collected from personal online shop entrepreneurs by questionnaires, items of which were extracted from classical scales and modified or self-designed through small sample research. Finally, with 221 personal online shop entrepreneurs as valid sample, the theoretical model and hypotheses were analyzed empirically by use of SPSS 14.0. The hypotheses were largely supported.The paper based on the above findings reaches the following conclusion:supply chain social capital has significant positive effects on personal e-commerce entrepreneurial performance; Meanwhile, the three dimensions of supply chain social capital on entrepreneurial performance play different role and impact on profit performance and growth performance; the ability to integrate resources play an intermediary role between the supply chain social capital and personal e-commerce entrepreneurial performance; Finally, in accordance with the conclusions of empirical analysis, the paper gives the personal online shop entrepreneurs some advice for success in the start-up phase and the growth phase. |
