The Ability To Integrate Resources, Entrepreneurial Orientation Entrepreneurial Performance

For the past few years,entrepreneurial activity in China was vigorously and it is hot spot of the society all the time. The essence of entrepreneurial activity is innovation, and that kind of entrepreneurial activity has become impetus of economic vitality and economic growth. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial activity plays increasingly important role in pushing forward innovation, urging upgrade industries and create new job opportunities. Transformation is taking place in China, market competition become intense, the risk of external uncertainty increased. As to grasp market opportunity perfectly, entrepreneurial enterprises should promote ability to integrate resources. Also, it should form decision-making mechanism in the organization and Entrepreneurial orientation decision mode with features of innovativeness, leading indicators and assumption of risk. So that the enterprise could seek the best match of ability to integrate resources and strategy decision in the new period, thereby promote entrepreneurial performance.The scholars did not research the problems about how resources integration capability affect entrepreneurial performance,or rather through what organizational factors did resources integration capability affect entrepreneurial performance,and under the influence of what contingency factors resources integration capability has greater effect on entrepreneurial performance widely and deep. Meanwhile, if the theoretical result based on foreign enterprise suit China's situation need further discussion. Currently, the researches aimed to Chinese new ventures are less, the research depth and breadth could not guide venture practice effectively.This research takes new ventures in the situation of China's transformational period as research object, discusses the relationships resources integration capability effect on entrepreneurial performance with entrepreneurial orientation as an intermediary variable. Firstly, this article makes relevant summarize of the concept of entrepreneurship resources, resources integration capability, entrepreneurial orientation, its partition of dimensionality, connotation of entrepreneurial performance and measurement indicator. On the basis of it, we built a relational model about resources integration capability, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance. The model overviews the connotation and dimensionality selection, confirms the logical relationship between each element. This article centered on resources integration capability's influence on entrepreneurial orientation, resources integration capability's influence on entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial orientation's influence on entrepreneurial performance,11 hypotheses were raised after that .I obtained sampled data through questionnaire survey include 250 new enterprises. I adopt statistical analysis technique of factor analysis and SEM for empirical study. Afterwards, the model was tested, and I discussed about the verification results of 11 hypotheses.The writer sums up main research findings systematically Ability to integrate resources of the enterprise to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage in favor of dynamic capabilities. Resources integration capability determine the efficiency of transformation of organizational capacity, it affects the firm's strategic decision-making, and ultimately affect business performance. The entrepreneurial orientation as mediating variables, entrepreneurial orientation will start for the three degrees, respectively, the dimensions to verify its impact on business performance, but also examined the ability to integrate resources of the two dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation. At last, this article discussed about innovation of the research and pointed out limitations, questions of theory and that of practice need further studying and indicate future researches.
